Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized technique designed to support the lymphatic system, helping encourage healthy fluid movement, reduce feelings of swelling or congestion, and support recovery, inflammation management, and overall wellness.
Custom Therapeutic Massage is a personalized session tailored to what your body needs that day. This may include a blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, cupping, stretching, and other therapeutic approaches to help support relaxation, mobility, pain relief, and overall wellness.
If you are unsure which service is right for you, we can discuss your goals and choose the best approach together.

It depends on your goals, your focus areas, and what your body needs.
For a first session, I typically recommend a 90-minute appointment. This allows enough time for a thorough intake, a full-body assessment, and hands-on work without feeling rushed. It also gives us the flexibility to focus on specific areas while still supporting overall balance and relaxation.
A 60-minute session can be a great option if you have a specific area you would like to address or are looking for a shorter maintenance session.
If you are unsure which length is best, we can discuss your goals and choose the session that will best support you.

For your first lymphatic drainage session, I recommend booking the First Time Lymphatic Drainage appointment. This session is 90 minutes total, including a thorough intake to review your health history, discuss your goals, learn about your body’s needs, and provide education about the service. You will receive approximately 60 -75 minutes of hands-on lymphatic drainage, with time afterward to rest and allow your body to integrate the work.
For follow-up sessions, we will discuss the recommended frequency and session length based on your goals, how your body responds, and whether you are seeking support for general wellness, inflammation, fluid retention, or recovery.
-
It depends! Every person’s lymphatic system is unique, and each body responds differently to lymphatic drainage.
Some people benefit from more frequent sessions, such as during times of increased inflammation, fluid retention, allergies season, or recovery, while others may use lymphatic drainage as part of a regular wellness routine or occasional maintenance.
Frequency can range from multiple sessions per week to monthly or even a few times per year depending on your goals and how your body responds. During your first session, we will discuss your needs and create a plan that best supports your body.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a gentle technique designed to support and stimulate the natural movement and function of the lymphatic system. Benefits may include:
Supporting healthy lymph flow and circulation throughout the body
Encouraging movement of excess fluid and reducing feelings of swelling or puffiness
Supporting the body’s natural waste removal processes by helping filter and transport excess proteins, cellular waste, and other materials through the lymphatic system
Supporting immune function by encouraging healthy lymphatic activity
Promoting relaxation by activating the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) system
Helping reduce feelings of tension, heaviness, or congestion in the body
Supporting recovery after surgery, injury, or periods of increased inflammation (when appropriate)
Helping prepare the body before certain procedures and support recovery afterward
Supporting mobility and comfort when swelling or fluid buildup affects movement
Encouraging a greater sense of body awareness and connection
Promoting overall wellness and stress reduction
Lymphatic Drainage is beneficial for many people — whether you are seeking support for recovery, managing fluid retention, reducing inflammation, or simply giving your body intentional care.

To get the most out of your lymphatic drainage session, support your body by increasing your water intake in the days leading up to your appointment. Staying well-hydrated helps maintain healthy fluid balance and supports your body’s natural processes.
Before your session, please complete the intake form provided so I can understand your health history, medications, recent procedures, and any concerns you would like to address. This allows me to tailor the session to your needs and provide the safest, most effective care.
For your appointment:
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Avoid arriving overly full or right after a heavy meal
Plan for some gentle rest and hydration afterward
Avoid scheduling anything overly strenuous immediately after your session
-
Hydrate! One of the most important things you can do after your session is support your body with adequate fluids. Lymphatic drainage encourages movement within the lymphatic system, and staying hydrated helps your body efficiently process and move fluid and waste efficiently.
For the best results, I recommend:
Drinking plenty of water and adding electrolytes if needed
Eating a nourishing diet with fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole foods
Gentle movement such as walking to support circulation and lymph flow
Prioritizing rest and allowing your body time to integrate the work
After your session, it is best to avoid things that can increase inflammation or place extra stress on your system. I recommend avoiding alcohol, heavily processed foods, fried or fatty meals, and excess sugar several days after your appointment.
Your lymphatic system plays an important role in fluid balance, immune support, and waste removal, supporting your body after a session helps you get the most benefit from your treatment.

Your first appointment begins with a thorough consultation where we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, goals, and any recent procedures or injuries. This helps ensure your session is tailored to your individual needs.
Lymphatic Drainage is performed using very light, rhythmic, skin-stretching techniques. Unlike a deep tissue massage, this treatment does not use firm pressure. The gentle movements are designed to encourage lymphatic flow while promoting relaxation of the nervous system.
Depending on your goals, your session may focus on specific areas of the body or follow a more comprehensive approach. Throughout the session, your comfort is my priority, and I will explain what I'm doing and answer any questions you may have.
Many clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, or noticing a reduction in feelings of swelling or tension. Because every body responds differently, your experience may vary. Before you leave, we'll review any recommended aftercare and discuss whether follow-up sessions may be beneficial for your goals.
